Ingredients

1 c cheddar cheese cracker crumbs

2 T taco seasoning mix

8 chicken breast halves

4 green onions

2 T butter, melted

2 c whipping cream

1 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 c shredded sharp cheddar

1 4oz can chopped green chiles, drained

1/2 chicken bouillon granules

Preparation

Combine cracker crumbs and seasoning mix in a small bowl, stirring well Dredge chicken in crumb mixture Place in greased casserole dish Saute green onions in butter until tender. Stir in whipping cream and remaining ingredients Pour over chicken Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
