Ingredients
12 slices white bread
12 ounces sliced sharp cheddar
1 10 ounce package frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
2 c diced cooked ham
6 eggs, slightly beaten
3 1/2 c milk
2 T instant minced onion
1/2 t salt
1/4 t dry mustard
Preparation
- From the slices of white bread, cut 12" doughnuts and holes"
- Remove the top crusts from the remaining scraps of bread and fit the scraps in the bottom of a 9x13x2 inch baking dish.
- Layer the sliced cheese, broccoli, and ham over the bread.
- Arrange the doughnuts and holes on top
- Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 55 minutes
- Let stand 10 minutes before cutting
