Ingredients

12 slices white bread

12 ounces sliced sharp cheddar

1 10 ounce package frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked and drained

2 c diced cooked ham

6 eggs, slightly beaten

3 1/2 c milk

2 T instant minced onion

1/2 t salt

1/4 t dry mustard

Preparation

  1. From the slices of white bread, cut 12" doughnuts and holes"
  2. Remove the top crusts from the remaining scraps of bread and fit the scraps in the bottom of a 9x13x2 inch baking dish.
  3. Layer the sliced cheese, broccoli, and ham over the bread.
  4. Arrange the doughnuts and holes on top
  5. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight
  6. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 55 minutes
  7. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting
