Ingredients

16 breakfast sausages each cut in three pieces (48 pieces)

48 Brussels sprouts

2 cups dry white wine

2 T olive oil

Salt

Preparation

Put the sprouts and the wine in a frying pan or wok and cook at low heat until the wine has dried out completely, add the salt. In another frying pan, cook the sausages in the olive oil until brown. Drain them out and sauté the sprouts in the remaining oil, combine sausage and sprouts and ¡Bon appetit!
