Ingredients

1 lb pork

1/2 tsp sage

1/3 tsp summer savoury

1/2 tbsp coarse salt

1/8 tsp nutmeg

2/3 tsp thyme

1/3 tsp black pepper

pinch cayenne

couple drops liquid smoke (to taste)

Preparation

  1. Combine a ingredients together in a bowl and mix together well.
  2. Make into patties, sized to your own preference, and then either cook or freeze.
