Ingredients
2 eggs
butter
1 slice Black Forest Ham
1 8" tortilla
2 asparagus
1/4 cup grated Monterey Jack Cheese
Salsa
Sour Cream
Preparation
Beat the eggs with a tablespoon of milk. Melt butter in 8" saute pan, tilting until cooked. Flip over and cook one more minute. Place slice of ham on tortilla. Place egg omelet on top of ham and sprinkle with cheese. Place asparagus off centre and rollup. Place in 350F oven for 4 minutes until cheese has melted. Serve with Salsa and sour cream
