Ingredients

2 tbsp Parmesan

1/4 cup milk, skim

1 lb cooked turkey sausage

1 pkg (8) crescent rolls

4 oz shredded cheddar

5 oz (1c) frozen hashbrowns, thawed

5 eggs

Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven 375*

  2. Separate crescent dough and place on cookie sheet. Press and seal dough.

  3. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes and then cheddar.

  4. In a bowl beat together eggs, milk, salt & pepper. Pour over casserole. Sprinkle Parmesan.

  5. Bake for 25 minutes
