Ingredients
2/3 cup millet
13.5 oz can coconut milk
4 pitted dates
pinch of salt
honey (optional)
Preparation
In pressure cooker, combine millet, coconut milk, dates, salt, and half can of water (using can from coconut milk). Cover. Bring to high pressure and maintain pressure for 11 minutes. Allow to depressure naturally. Stir. Enjoy with a bit of honey, if desired.
