Ingredients

16 slices of white bread

1 1/2 lbs sliced ham

16 slices of Swiss cheese

16 slices of American cheese

8 Eggs

2 cups of milk

3/4 teaspoon dry mustard

1/2 teaspoon onion salt

1 1/2 sticks of butter

Corn Flakes

Preparation

Remove crust from bread. Layer in a 13x 9x 2 inch baking dish: bread, ham, Swiss, American cheese. Repeat. In a blender add eggs, milk, mustard and onion salt; blend. Pour egg mixture over ham and cheese layers and refrigerate overnight. This is a must! About 1/2 hour before baking, remove from the refrigerator. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter and mix with enough corn flakes to cover the top cheese layer. Bake for about 30 minutes. Serves 12. Perfect Christmas breakfast.
