Ingredients

6 eggs

1 T. milk

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese

1/2 can mild diced green chilis

1-2 T. cream cheese, cut into small pieces

Adjust the salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation

Beat the eggs together with milk, salt and pepper, using a fork. Scramble in a buttered frying pan. Before the eggs are cooked, add the Pepper Jack, chilis and cream chees. Cook for maybe 1 minute longer to blend. Serve immediately. This can be doubled or tripled.
