Ingredients
1lb maple breakfast sausage
10 white bread slices, cubed
80z (2 cups) sharp cheddar cheese shredded
6 lg eggs
2 cups milk
1tsp salt
1tsp dry mustard
1/4tsp worcestershire
Preparation
Cook sausage in a skillet till crumbled and no longer pink
Place bread in a lightly greesed 13X9 baking dish. Sprinkle bread with cheese and top with sausage.
Whisk eggs and remaining ingredients; pour evenly over sausage mixture. Cover and chill for 8 hrs. Let stand at room temp for 30 min.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 min before serving.
*2 cups cubed ham can be substituted for sausage.
