Ingredients

6 slices of white bread

1 lb sausage

6 eggs

2 cups of milk

2 cups of cheese, shredded

Preparation

butter one side of the bread, place it buttered side down in casserole dish. Brown sausage & drain. Layer sausage over bread. Combine milk, beaten eggs & season with salt & pepper to taste, pour over bread. Sprinkle with cheese, cover with tin foil & refridgerate overnight. Let stand 15 minutes to bring up to room temp, bake @ 350 degrees for 45 min or til golden brown & set.
