Ingredients
1 lb Bacon or Sausage
5 slices bread
1 cup Shredded cheese
6 eggs
1 3/4 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
Preparation
- Cook sausage or bacon, deain, and set aside
- cube slices of bread and put in bottom of 9X13 inch pan that has been sprayed with butter or margarine
- sprinkle cheese over bread
- mix eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard
- pour over first mixture
- refrigerate over night
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- bake for 45-55 minute
