Ingredients
1 24 oz. pkg frozen hash browns, thawed.
5 eggs
2 chopped green onions
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 t. garlic powder
1 t. Tabasco
8 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In mixing bowl, combine hash browns, eggs, cottage cheese, spices and mix well. Pour into large casserole dish. Cover and refrigerate over night. In the morning, add bacon to top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through.
