Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs hot turkey sausage
9 eggs
3 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
3 slices torn bread
1/2 cup grated cheese
Preparation
Brown, drain, and crumble sausage. Mix eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard in a large bowl. Mix in bread, grated cheese, and cooked sausage. Pour into greased 9x13 pan and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
