Ingredients

1 cup cooked brown rice

2 tbsp. raisins

1 cup milk

1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

a pinch of ground cinnamon

1 tsp. honey or molasses, to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a 3-4 cup microwave safe bowl. Cover bowl, and microwave on high for 2 minutes, or until hot, but not boiling. Serve hot.
