Ingredients
4 c- or 12 c Bread
1/3 c— -1 c. oleo
1/4 c- -3/4 c onion
1/2 c 1 1/2 c celery
1 t 1 T salt
1t 1t pepper
1t 1 T sage,or thyme
poultry seasoning to taste
Preparation
oleo, cook onion, celery, add spices, bread, till moist, may add broth from cooking giblets.
