Ingredients
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
thin sliced med red onion
1/4 cup olive oil
2 T red wine vinegar
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
chopped parsley
Preparation
Put blue cheese and onion into a 9" pie pan. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over cheese and onion. Let stand for 3 hours or up to 24 hours in the fridge.
