Ingredients

5 c hot water

2/3 c oil

1/3 to 2/3 c honey

1 T rounded salt

Add: 4 to 5 c flour

3 T instant yeast

continue to add flour

Preparation

Mix above then continue to add cups of flour 2 at a time until sides & bottom of bowl are free from batter (total flour is about 12-14 c)

stop machine add 1-1 1/2 c flour, turn on auto kneed. Divide into 4 loaves. Raise in over at 150 degrees until loaves double in size (act 20 mins). turn oven to 350 degrees and bake 25 to 30 mins
