Ingredients
6 eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1-2 Tbsp. honey mustard
1 Tbsp. bread and butter pickles (sliced or grated)
1/4 tsp. pepper
Paprika (optional)
Preparation
Hard-boil, cool and peel eggs.
Cut in half lengthwise; carefully remove yolks and place in a small separate bowl. Mash with fork.
Add mayonnaise, honey mustard, pickles and pepper. Blend well until smooth.
Scoop into egg halves; garnish with paprika, if desired.
Refridgerate until ready to serve.
