Ingredients

1 lb peeled shrimp

1 tsp coarse salt

1 Tbsp olive oil

4 garlic cloves, sliced thin, or to taste

1 dried, hot, red pepper, or to taste

Preparation

Dry the shrimp. Cover shrimp with salt and let sit 10 to 15 minutes.

In lightly oiled frying pan, saute garlic and pepper at high temp for about a minute or so.

Add the salted shrimp. At a very high heat, saute, stirring constantly for 2 to 5 minutes, depending upon the size of the shrimp.
